We really loved this villa. It has all you need inside and the outside is wonderful. The kids could fish right off the dock and we pulled our boat up right to the dock. There is a gazebo to sit in and see the beautiful view and watch the boaters going between Georgetown and Stocking Island. Click here for more info on February Point. I have found that you can work out a deal on the rental if you deal directly with the owner and not with the February Point to rent a villa. There are about 5 to 6 other villas listed to rent.
