Go on a boat tour of the Cays {there are about 360 cays that are make the Exuma chain that run 120 miles long.} A boat tour is great way to see the other parts of Exuma {not just Great Exuma} - here are some tours we have taken:
Exuma Cays Adventure - (Tell Peter The Mullens say Howdy from Texas) - they take you to see the pigs and to snorkel at Thunderball Grotto, if you are in your own group- they will do a custom trip for you and do what ever you enjoy. My boys like to fish and my mom and I like to look for shells, so they took the boys fishing and took us to look for shells. This is a glass bottom boat and you can see a lot - it is great for those who would rather not snorkel.
Island World Adventure - This is a tour to take from Nassau - we took this tour years ago when were at the Atlantis and this is how we learned about Exuma. This takes you to the northern part of the cays.
Powerboat Adventures - We have never been on this one, it also leaves from near the Atlantis and it takes you to see the pigs - it shows the pigs on their website.
Exuma Watersports - This father and son are really nice and the boat is great. They also will customize your tour. They do Parasailing, snorkeling, and tours. We went with them for a few hours around the cays near Great Exuma and they took the kids snorkeling.
